What we collect

When you submit the audit form, we collect what you give us — your business name, what you do and where, your email or phone, and anything you write in the message. To help prevent spam and abuse, we also record basic technical data with the submission (such as your IP address and browser user-agent).

Why we collect it

We use your information to run your AI-visibility audit, prepare your report, and reply to you. If you tick the optional marketing box, we may occasionally send you tips about getting found by AI — you can opt out any time.

How your audit works

To measure your visibility, we ask public AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity) and query public map/search data the same questions a customer would. This uses your publicly available business information; we do not share your private contact details with those services.

Storage & sharing

Your submission is stored securely with our infrastructure providers. We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our database and email tools), and only as needed to serve you.

Your choices
