AI Visibility

Does AI recommend your business — or your competitor?

Your customers are asking ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI who to hire. Kite shows you what the AI actually says — who it names, who it doesn’t — and gets you found.

This is what your customer sees

A real question, a real answer — and the names the AI chooses to say.

The shift

Search is becoming a single answer

When someone asks an AI “who’s a good [trade] near me?”, they don’t get ten links — they get one or two names. If the AI doesn’t know you, you’re invisible, and you’ll never even know the lead existed.

01

Buyers ask AI first

More people now start with ChatGPT or Google’s AI answer than a page of blue links — especially for local “who should I hire” searches.

02

You can’t see it

You search yourself and assume you show up. But that’s your history. A stranger asking the same question may only ever hear your competitor’s name.

03

It’s fixable

AI recommends businesses from what it can read and trust — reviews, listings, and clean web info. Get those right and you become the answer.

How Kite works

Three steps to becoming the answer

No guesswork. We run the real questions a buyer would type, from a clean slate, and measure exactly where you stand.

01 Ask

We fire real buyer questions — “best [trade] in [city]?” — at ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, several times each, and check the Google Maps pack.

02 Score

You get a 0–100 visibility score: how often AI names you, where you rank, and the exact competitors showing up instead.

03 Fix

We turn the gaps into a clear plan — profile, reviews, and the data AI reads — then re-score so you can watch it climb.

FAQ

Good questions

What is “AI visibility”?

It’s whether AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) and Google’s AI answers recommend your business when a customer asks. The industry calls it GEO / AEO — “SEO for the AI era.”

How do you measure it?

We ask each AI the questions a real buyer would, from a clean, un-personalized context, several times, and average the results — plus we check the Google Maps local pack. It’s measurable and repeatable, not a vibe.

Is this a guarantee I’ll rank #1?

No. Kite measures and improves your visibility using legitimate, durable methods. We can’t and won’t promise a specific ranking — anyone who does is guessing.

How often should I re-check?

AI answers shift as reviews, listings and content change. Monthly re-scoring is a good rhythm so you can see progress and catch slips.

Do you need access to my accounts?

The audit needs nothing from you but your business name and city. If you move forward with fixes, some steps (like your Google Business Profile) need you to grant access — we’ll walk you through it.
